NB Government Seniors Information Line – Dial 2-1-1
This toll-free line provides older adults with a traditional method of speaking one-on-one with qualified staff who will assist them in finding their way through the various government departments and ensure they get to the right service provider for further assistance. It will help seniors, their families and caregivers navigate the system easily in order to find the information they need. Calls to 2-1-1 will be answered Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Messages can be left after hours and calls will be returned the following business day.
